Born in lockdown and built from a shared love of great rum, Lazydog Distillery is where tradition meets originality. Nestled in the heart of Leicestershire, we craft every drop from scratch - fermenting, distilling and bottling entirely in-house. No imported spirits, no shortcuts, just genuine British rum made the right way.

What started as Matt and Lauren Thompson’s small family project has grown into an award-winning distillery recognised for its quality and character. Every bottle is still made by hand, finished with the same care, long nights and attention to detail that defined our early days.
